Task 2: Publish synopsises of historical ARC cases

Need to decide what the synopsis should contain (name, casenumber, date, status) and what cases to expose (all, open, how to differentiate?)

Done. We decided that we would be able to publish the case number, title, case type and status for a subset of existing ARC cases as long as we included a disclaimer that set the expectation that not all the cases were for OpenSolaris and not all were (or could be) open.

The subset would not include withdrawn cases, misfiled cases (noarc...), and non-ARC projects.

The publishing script would create one page per year that included a table of the above information for each case submitted that year.

The various pages (1991, 1992... 2006) under this testbed are my current attempt at this, trying to balance the desire for "as much info as possible" against the scalability constraints brought on by "having over 5000 archived ARC cases".

We are still working with Derek to figure out how to present this much information without causing the website to blow out the left hand nav structure on every ARC community page.

We decided to ignore this problem since it does not seem to affect performance too much, and was out of our control anyways.
