Software Freedom Day, held on the 20th September, is a worldwide celebration of Free and Open Source Software (FOSS), with an aim to educate everyone about the benefits of high quality FOSS in education, in government, at home, and in business.

It's a perfect opportunity for teams around the world to unite and show off the best of breed open source software, and encourage people to participate in what's now a global phenomenon.
