Reactivating

It's odd that opensolaris.org user IDs are preferred here, but not required, for Leaders, even though they're required for initially creating a collective. Under Archiving it says that the list of Leaders is "reset to zero", so it's not like a reactivated collective can start with the previous set of Leaders. Kupfer 14:39, 22 March 2009 (PST)
