The Blastwave(tm) Software Stack is both a product and a service of Blastwave.org Inc. and may carry fees or contractual obligations for its usage in commercial user sites. The GENUNIX.org web site and its contents are provided via hardware donated by Sun ( Sun Microsystems Inc.), bandwidth and hosting provided by ISC ( Internet Systems Consortium, Inc. ) and domains and internet name services by Blastwave ( Blastwave.org Inc. ) and ISC. GENUNIX administration and day to day operations are handled by Al Hopper of Logical Approach, Inc. Blastwave(tm) does NOT SUPPORT and has not performed compatibility testing with the software products, articles or information contained and provided via the GENUNIX website nor the Blastwave website nor the mirror sites nor the GENUNIX.ORG software mirror site(s) which also provides software packaged by Blastwave and other community based open source software projects. Blastwave did not develop any of the software products ("Products") provided via the Blastwave.org site nor the software mirrors nor any other medium that offers or extends these software products. Blastwave has no interest in them. Blastwave is making the Products available as a convenience and a service to Solaris(tm) and OpenSolaris(tm) end users. The products and information and services available on the GENUNIX.org website ( the site ) are provided "AS IS" and freely. They may not function properly or at all, may not be compatible with Solaris or OpenSolaris, may contain viruses and/or may disrupt, damage or interfere with your use of your programs, computers or telecommunications facilities.
